For the Record...
Coming from a proud CHRISTIAN MILITARY family…
My children will be raised to respect those in uniform AND will know the sacrifice that every member of every branch of the military has made and to NEVER insult, disrespect, or take for granted all of our fallen soldiers.
ALSO
I’m not planning on talking to my children about gays until they ask me or find out about it themselves I want my children to be very open with myself and my future husband AND to be comfortable with who they are and how they live.
That being sad, I am NOT going to portray gays, lesbians and bisexuals in a bad or negative light. I am bi myself, so why would I?
AND
I will be raising my children as Christians until they can make the decision to choose otherwise. Say whatever you want about that BUT that’s how my mother raised me and my siblings and my brother and I both found our way to Jesus.
NOT ALL CHRISTIANS ARE PUSHY ANTI-HOMOSEXUAL AND ANTI MILITARY.
